Richard Williams is Chief Investment Officer of Railpen, responsible for leading the pension scheme’s investment management team and successfully managing its client assets in a manner consistent with the trustee’s investment beliefs.
Having first managed a portfolio for Railpen in 1995 during his tenure at a specialized global fixed income firm, he is very familiar with Railpen’s business. Together with his colleagues at Railpen, Mr. Williams has helped to create a sophisticated internal investment management capability. Focused on long-term investing, the team utilizes an innovative approach that is benchmark agnostic and fully integrate non-financial factors when evaluating investments. Railpen’s funds include investments in equities, fixed income, property, infrastructure and alternative assets held across both private and public markets.

Allen Waldrop

Allen Waldrop is the Director of Private Equity Investments for APFC. Allen has extensive experience sourcing, screening and executing private markets investments as well as building and managing alternative investment portfolios on behalf of public and corporate pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, endowments and foundations. He has led and managed teams across a range of businesses.
Allen started his career with KPMG before joining LP Capital Advisors in 2005. He has been a partner and senior executive at several industry-leading alternative assets firms. Prior to joining APFC, Allen was Managing Director at Grafine Partners and had also been an advisor to APFC for several years before joining the Corporation in October 2022.
Mr. Waldrop holds a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University, he is a CFA charterholder and a CPA (inactive). He serves as President of the Board of the Sacramento Children’s Home, as well as member of the El Dorado County Search and Rescue team.

Daniel Adamson

Daniel Adamson is a Senior Managing Director and serves on Wafra’s Management Advisory Committee. Mr. Adamson leads Wafra’s efforts in business and product development, building financial and strategic solutions for sovereign investors and pension funds. He is also the President of Capital Constellation, a joint venture between asset owners in Europe, North America and the Middle East, investing in the next generation of alternatives managers.
Previously, Mr. Adamson held senior positions at Ares Management and Bridgewater Associates. He began his career at McKinsey & Company.

Henrik Nordlander is the Private Equity Portfolio Manager for the Third Swedish National Pension Fund (AP3). One of the five diversification buffer funds in the national pension system, the AP3 invests approximately SEK 386 billion to generate maximum possible long-term risk-adjusted returns and protects the Swedish public pension system for current and future pensioners.
Prior to joining AP3, Mr. Nordlander was Head of Regional Office at Swedfund International, based in Nairobi, Kenya, responsible for origination and management of investments without Swedish interest in Sub-Saharan Africa within sectors such as Infrastructure, Service, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Healthcare, ICT and Hospitality.

Fergus Healy

Fergus Healy is the Chief Operating Officer and serves on Wafra’s Management Advisory Committee and Board of Directors. Mr. Healy is charged with managing legal and tax affairs, day-to-day operations, fund accounting, risk management and the administration, establishment and structuring of investment funds. He joined Wafra in 2014.
Mr. Healy has more than 20 years’ experience in alternative funds. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Meridian Fund Services Group. Prior to that, he was employed in legal, client facing and business management roles in the alternative fund space at JP Morgan, Citi and Bank of Bermuda. Mr. Healy also ran his own consulting business providing structuring, operational due diligence and corporate services to fund managers, investors and other participants in the fund industry.
Mr. Healy earned a BCL from the University College Dublin and qualified as Solicitor in Ireland.

Jeanine MacFadyen is Wafra’s Chief Financial Officer and serves on its Management Committee.. Ms. MacFadyen is responsible for the company’s finances, accounting policies, reporting, operations and audit management. She is charged with multiple corporate functions, including those of controller, budgeting and supervision of corporate staff. Ms. MacFadyen is involved in the management of company capital, together with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Management. She works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the company’s shareholder, and regularly interacts with the company’s financial counterparties and service providers.
Previously, Ms. MacFadyen worked as Wafra’s Corporate Controller, involved in overseeing corporate and related accounting. She joined Wafra in 1990 as the Assistant Controller. Prior to that, she was employed by Pannell Kerr and Forster as an Auditor.
